Ziel des Seminars: In den letzten Jahren hat sich gezeigt, dass Notrettungsdienste immer mehr tätig werden und auf Ereignisse reagieren müssen, die über den traditionellen Umfang von Feuer- und Rettungsdiensten hinaus gehen. Komplexe Notfallsituationen werden immer häufiger und die gesamte Gesellschaft ist davon betroffen. Welche Rolle spielt Rettungspersonal beim Umgang mit Einwanderungswellen, dem Ebola-Virus oder terroristischen Angriffen mit Todesopfern?
